My Portal is Detroit Mercy鈥檚 student portal for conducting University business. Students use My Portal to register for classes, review and accept financial aid awards, make tuition payments, view final grades, request official transcripts and more.

Students can access My Portal at . Students will use the same log in credentials used to set up their Office 365 account.

 

How to Set Up My Portal

1. Before you can access My Portal, you must set up your Detroit Mercy student email account. Go to and log in to Office 365. Detroit Mercy will send your log in credentials via email.
2. Go to to access My Portal. You will use the same login credentials used to set up your Office 365 account.

 

Financial Aid Awards in My Portal

Your financial aid award may be viewed and managed using your My Portal account.

1. Log in to your account > Student Profile > Financial Aid.
2. Submit unsatisfied student requirements to Financial Aid.
3. Review your financial aid package and determine the aid you would like to accept, decline, or modify.
4. If you have been offered a Direct Subsidized and/or Unsubsidized Loan and would like to accept, you will need to complete the loan requirements.
5. If you have been offered a Parent PLUS loan and your parent(s) would like to accept, they will need to complete the loan requirements.
6. Payment plan information can be found by navigating to Student Profile > Student Account > Payment Plan.
